ABOUT THE FARM

Ervin Miranda, the founder of the cooperative and a passionate cupper  & our local representative  Rosario Castellon had the aim to identify the best coffees of Coomprocom´s 251 growers and merge them into a unique and fully traceable blend. The final selection is named after the extinct language of the Chorotega indigenous tribe that populated today´s coffeelands and were linked to the mayas. The blend impresses with bright aroma and is very well structured, tasting notes of hazelnut, florals and red berries
